ACC English 3 Periods 2 and 4

Homework? On the first day of school?

Fortunately, it’s just a list of 3 song suggestions to play in class. Title, artist, and a brief rationale for our choice. Hand in via Edline, TONIGHT.

A test? On the first day of school?

Fortunately, it’s just a writing sample, and a chance to convince the teacher that we did, in fact, do our summer reading when we were supposed to, in the summer.

A warning? On the first day of school?

Advanced college credit will not be easy college credit. Students will have to reach to accomplish college level reading, writing, thinking and talking. Standards are high and the pace is quick. There is still time to drop.

Anything else? On the first day of school?

Class pic, composition notebook needed tomorrow, everything will be on Edline.
