Period 2 Scribe: Kristen Stazzone
- Matt and Zach interrupted prayer by standing in the door
- Mrs. Gill explained how to scribe and different ways to scribe (bullets, sentences, coloring books, facebook pages, etc.)
- We were introduced to the rockin’ trophy that the class gets if they have the best blog (that means period 2)
- Journal today- “The Moment”
- Music of the day- "Hanging by A Moment" by LifeHouse (too much rock for one hand!!)
- Today the readers were:
· Michelle (wrote about her barrel race. Mrs. Gill thought it was beautiful)
· Blake (wrote about a Kennedy touchdown. Yes, this was a big moment for us. Mrs. Gill thought it was funny, so did the rest of the class)
· Andrew (wrote about jamboree at Kennedy on Friday and the first touchdown of the season)
· Megan (wrote about sister going off to her first day of college.)
· Joe (wrote about driving the car without having to share it with his sister, and being the new older sibling of the house)
- Talked about grades in powerschool and our summer reading books.
- Mrs. Gill lost a lot of people’s summer reading questions- don’t worry she gave us a second chance to turn them in!

· HOMEWORK: Thesis and citation on a notecard is due tomorrow!
